- the owner and chief baker of Little Buddy Biscuit Company, is also a drummer, deejay, husband and father. Pete finds that his two passions, food and music, share parallels of creativity, improvisation, and focus. For Pete, food and music also reflect his commitment to enjoying life while bringing pleasures to others. Pete graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health, where he received his culinary training. Prior to that accomplishment he worked in the nonprofit sector, using music as a tool to empower the lives of people living with disabilities. Pete's sense of community and love of Brooklyn are both integral parts of Little Buddy.
